We make getting your returns done by a tax pro simple and convenient, so that it takes as little of your time as possible while ensuring you’ve claimed everything you’re entitled to. We use several tools to make it easy to safely provide us with your tax info digitally, no matter where in Canada you live.
- You can authorize us to have direct access to your CRA account - that way, we can pull the information for the majority of tax slips (T4’s, T4A’s, employment insurance payments, RRSP contributions, etc.) directly - you don’t even need to send them to us!
- We have a secure email and file-transfer service that clients can use to safely send us scans or photos of the rest of their slips and receipts.
- We make sure your return is maximized to your benefit (all possible credits claimed), and guarantee its accuracy. Once we have completed it, we will email you the e-file form to sign digitally and our invoice that you can pay online or by e-transfer. If you owe, we’ll explain why.
- Once you have signed the e-file form and paid your invoice, we will e-file the return with CRA and send you a pdf copy for your files, including the e-file confirmation.

That’s why we offer our clients options which include our “File it & Forget it” service. Some of our client packages includes this peace of mind where we will deal with CRA directly on your behalf in the case of any audit requests or other amendments that need to be made. And, we’re available to you year round for questions or calculations if your circumstances change and you want to know how it will affect your taxes.
We also want to make sure that you haven’t missed anything to your benefit in any past returns that you or someone else may have filed for you, so Taxwerx offers a free review of prior years for new clients who select a package which includes that service. If we find a potential correction, we’ll discuss it and provide you with a fee quote for us to file the amendment for you.
